Fanton Photography – Policies

Business & Big Events

For large-scale events (Weddings, business functions, corporate, festivals, etc.), a minimum of 2 months’ notice is required for booking.

Booking & Payment

A 20% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. This retainer goes toward the total cost of the session or event.

The remaining balance is due at least 48 hours (small sessions) and 1 month (large session) before the session or event unless otherwise discussed.

Payments can be made via Stripe, cash, or other agreed-upon methods.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

The 20% retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Reschedules are allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice, and the retainer will transfer to the new date.

Business & Big Events cancellations within 2 months no refund. Rescheduling will be disused

Image Delivery

Turnaround time for edited photos is typically 2–3 weeks. For larger events, up to 4 weeks.

Photos are delivered via an online gallery with download access.

Videos via DropBox

Clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing their photos/videos within 30 days of booked session. Files are automatically removed from Fanton Photography’s storage after 30 days and cannot be guaranteed to be retrievable thereafter.

Usage & Copyright

Fanton Photography retains the copyright to all images.

Clients receive a print release for personal use but may not alter or sell the photos.
